Q1 : What do you charge for delivery?
A : Delivery is included and free to major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban, Bloemfontein, George, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit). Additional changes may be applicable for outlying areas, farms and smallholdings, ports, mines, high risk areas and any other areas which may carry a surcharge by the designated carrier. If you require a delivery outside the major centres or reside on a small holding or farm or outlying area, please proceed with your order and we will contact you with the applicable additional delivery fee. Once we have supplied you with the applicable additional costs (if any), you can then decide if you wish to proceed with your order.
Q2: How long will delivery take?
A: Once payment has been received, we will dispatch your product to you and you should receive it within 3 to 4 working days. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you have someone available at the delivery address to receive the delivery.
Q3: What happens if I want to return the product?
A: If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or find it unsuitable, please refer to our returns policy.
Q4: What about V.A.T on the Mobility items?
A: All prices are inclusive of V.A.T

A: All of our New Mobility products come with a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
